Tiny Market Co wants to welcome the community into our kitchen!
A few times month, we will open our space after-hours and serve a tasting menu for up to 8 guests. Once we hit 8 guests, we will be sold out for the evening. If you would like a buy-out, please contact us via email to reserve a date! An 18% gratuity will be added to buyout groups. Buyout minimum is 6 guests and maximum is 12 guests. 
The tasting menu will begin at 7:30pm, and last around 2 hours. The menu will change seasonally, and consist of appetizers, a variety of pasta courses, and a house made dessert (see below for full menu). This is a super casual environment, and we are super casual folks. Our goal is to cook you amazing food, and give you a space to meet new people, or hangout with the people you already know :)
Menu will be updated regularly with any alterations. 
If you're a regular of ours, and have eaten our lunch specials before, we want to emphasize that the courses on our tasting menu are different, and more elevated. This is closer to a fine dining experience, but in a casual environment. 
As we are not a licensed establishment, please come equipped with your drinks of choice. Glassware & bottle opener are provided.

First Course
In-house marinated olives, warmed & fresh house made focaccia
Second Course
Radicchio treviso with whipped gorgonzola & freshly made ricotta, balsamic vinegar of Modena & extra virgin olive oil
Third Course
Tagliolini carbonara - guanciale, egg yolk, pecorino romano & black pepper
Fourth Course
Handmade spinach garganelli with heirloom cherry tomatoes, fresh garlic, fresh basil, chilli pepper & extra virgin olive oil, topped with parmigiano reggiano
Fifth Course
Tortelli filled with golden squash, served in a gruyère butter cream sauce with smoked bacon, fresh sage & spiced candied walnuts
Sixth Course
Raviolo filled with a seasoned egg yolk & fresh house made ricotta, served with brown butter, pecorino di moliterno al tartufo & shaved black truffle
Seventh Course
House made tiramisu

Roasted oyster mushrooms tossed in extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic & bread crumbs served on a bed of watercress,
finished with balsamic vinaigrette & parmigiano reggiano
Third Course
Scialatelle in a white wine cream sauce with fresh mussels, garnished with fresh tarragon & chili pepper
Fourth Course
Ricotta gnocchi ripieni filled with gorgonzola served on a bed of roasted radicchio, finished with parsley oil & fresh lemon zest
Fifth Course
Tiny sun ravioli filled with sautéed swiss chard & house made ricotta, served in a saffron butter sauce with fresh chive
Sixth Course
Fresh egg yolk linguine in a fig & mascarpone sauce with pan seared duck breast, garnished with toasted pine nuts 
Seventh Course
House made tiramisu

Due to purchase and prep of ingredients, we can only provide a full refund if cancellation happens at least 2 weeks prior to the event. If cancellation happens within 2 weeks of the event, we can offer a refund of 75% total cost. Please contact us directly with any further questions or concerns regarding your reservation & our cancellation policy, as we would love to discuss in person.
