About Us

Hey!
We're a tiny team of 13(now!! woo!) who run Tiny Market Co in Toronto's Annex neighbourhood. Tiny Market Co opened on December 29th, 2021 by owner & chef Erich Mrak, manager Danielle Soule, baker & pasta maker Hazel Hinton-Barber and our other previous pasta maker Jasmine Coleman. Tiny Market co started as a retail shop and pasta production kitchen, and now runs a full take out lunch service, 7 course tasting nights, private pasta classes, wholesale production & catering. 
We produce a variety of handmade pasta's with unique fillings, sourdough pizza dough, sourdough focaccia, fresh sauces, preserves & ricotta cheese on a daily basis, and have them available for in store purchase and pre order.
We also sell a small variety of other local fresh & frozen goods made by chef friends of ours, as well as specialty shelf stable items that we love to work with. Learn more about these products under our market tab.
