A classic wide noodle pasta, our squid ink pappardelle is made with a mixture of unbleached wheat flour, durum wheat semolina, and eggs, and squid ink. Pappardelle originates from Tuscany, and is between 2-3cm in width. Each order contains 500g of frozen squid ink pappardelle portioned into four 125g portions.
