This sauce is made by starting with a base of almonds, garlic, chilli peppers, and jalapeños, then adding in San Marzano tomatoes, red wine vinegar, and olive oil. This sauce is perfect with grilled fish or on a charcuterie board as a spread. This sauce is referred to as Catalan sauce due to the region of Spain it comes from (Catalonia). Each order is 250ml and available fresh or frozen. This product is vegan.
