Our duck ragu is made using Whole Duck Legs, San Marzano Tomatoes, 35% Cream, Red Wine, Leek, Carrot, Celery, Tomato Paste, Salt, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Fennel, Caraway & Basil. It pairs really well with any noodle pasta or our ricotta gnocchi. Each portion is 500ml.
