Our lasagna bolognese is made with freshly made lasagna noodles, house made bechamel, and a rich house made veal and beef bolognese. This 1.1kg portion serves 3-4 and is sold frozen.  

Ingredients - Filling : Bolognese : Ground beef, Ground veal, Red wine, San Marzano tomatoes, a touch of basil, Onion, Carrot, Celery, Bacon, Tomato paste, 35% cream, Salt, Sugar, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Canola Oil, Olive oil.

Bechamel : Whole milk, Butter, Unbleached wheat flour, Nutmeg, Salt.

Pasta : Unbleached wheat flour, Whole eggs, Durum wheat semolina.
